Cenote Oxman
Description
The Xcanahaltun Cenote allowed the ancient Mayans to supply themselves with water while they developed and settled in the surroundings of the town. To enter this cenote you will have to go up a spiral wooden staircase that will immediately take you to the majestic cenote. Its dome is filled with stalagmites that have formed over time, you will be impressed. At the top there is a hole that lets the sunlight through, reflecting the crystal-clear greenish waters that invite you to cool off. You can also explore every corner of this place by kayak.
